01What this notice covers

This notice covers every page of this site and explains how we handle information about you when you visit, browse our product documentation or send us a message.

The site is operated by Zhuhai SATION Technology Co., Ltd. If you disagree with anything described here, you are free to stop using the forms; browsing products and documentation requires no personal information at all.

• Covered: every page on this site — products, solutions, support and contact.
• Not covered: third-party sites you reach from a link here. They have their own policies, which we do not control.

02What we collect

Information you give us

We receive information only when you fill in and submit the message form. The form carries the following fields:

• Name (required)
• Phone (required)
• Email (optional — contact page only)
• Project type (optional — contact page only)
• Message (optional)

The form also carries one field that is hidden from people. It exists purely to filter automated spam — a real visitor never fills it in, and any submission that does is discarded.

Information generated automatically

Like any web server, ours records an access log when it answers a request. It typically contains:

• The page requested, and when
• IP address
• Browser identifier (User-Agent)
• Referring page (Referer)

These logs are used to diagnose faults and repel attacks. They are not used to identify anyone, and are not linked to the contents of the message form.

Submitting the message form writes one more log line, holding the delivery outcome, the source IP and any error — again with no form field in it. It is kept under the same 24-month rule as message records. The email notification we receive also carries the visitor IP, so that abusive submissions can be told apart from genuine enquiries; it is not used to identify anyone.

What we do not collect

There is no registration and no member account, so we never collect passwords, identity-document numbers or payment details.

On your first visit we read the language preference your browser reports (zh-CN, en-US and so on) to decide whether to open in Chinese or English; after that, our own cookie remembers the choice instead. That decision happens entirely inside your browser — the preference itself is never sent to our server.

03Cookies and local storage

This site sets exactly one cookie, to remember your language. It is a functional cookie: without it, every page you open would fall back to the default language.

No third-party cookies. We run no advertising, so there are no ad cookies; we use no analytics platform, so there are no analytics cookies; fonts, icons and scripts are all served from our own server, so the page makes no request to any external domain — and no third-party cookie can be set.

04How we use it

We use your information only to:

• Answer your enquiry, quotation request or technical-support question;
• Send the documentation, selection advice and drawings you asked for;
• Where you are already a customer, perform our contract and after-sales obligations;
• Diagnose faults and repel malicious submissions — this draws on server logs only, never on form contents.

We do not use your information for anything beyond the list above, and we do not send marketing unless you specifically ask us to get in touch.

05Sharing and third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

There are exactly two exceptions:

• Legal requirement: where a judicial or administrative authority makes a lawful request, we provide what is necessary and no more;
• Service providers: the technical providers who receive messages and host the site touch the information only as far as their job requires, and are bound by confidentiality.

No third-party advertising, maps, video or analytics components are embedded in our pages, so your browsing behaviour is never shared with anyone else.

06How long we keep it

• Message records: kept for 24 months from the last exchange, then deleted;
• Server access logs: normally kept six months for security auditing, then rotated out automatically;
• Language cookie: 365 days, or gone the moment you clear your browser data.

07Your rights

For any information we hold about you, you may ask us to:

• Confirm whether we hold anything, and see what it is;
• Correct anything inaccurate;
• Delete it (where no legal obligation requires us to keep it);
• Object to, or restrict, further processing;
• Withdraw consent you gave earlier — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

To exercise any of these, call us on the number below. We will reply within 30 days of verifying your identity.

08Managing or clearing cookies

You can clear our cookie yourself at any time without contacting us. Once cleared, the site goes back to choosing its language from your browser settings.

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies → See all site data
• Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data

You can also browse in private or incognito mode: anything written during the session is discarded when the window closes, and the site works exactly the same.

09Minors

This site is aimed at architects, system integrators and business customers. It is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have received such information by mistake, call us on the number below and we will delete it promptly.

10Changes to this notice

When we add features, change how data is handled, or the law changes, we update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will flag it prominently on the home page.

This page takes effect on 15 September 2026.
